So what's the job?
Vacancies are on the up! We want you to join our friendly and supporting HR team and work closely with the Talent Partner to process and fill our vacancies. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in providing recruitment-related support to both the Fasthosts business and our parent company, IONOS (UK).
What will you get up to?
Responsibilities include:
- Advertising vacancies
- Applications review, sourcing and candidate screening
- Interview and assessments coordination
- Administration - keep the trackers and recruitment platform up to date at all times
- Feedback collation and distribution to candidates
- Support the HR Team and Talent Partner with projects and reporting
What experience do you need under your belt?
Important:
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment working directly with candidates
- Demonstrable administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Ability to work with complex information and present appropriately to different audience
- Solutions oriented approach to work with a creative mindset, able to think outside the box to provide solutions
- IT literate - familiar with MS Excel, Word a must, familiarity with Google Workspace an advantage
- Experience working in a high volume/fluid environment and demonstrate the ability to multitask while managing time effectively, prioritise workload and managing expectations
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to understand different perspectives
- A genuine passion for customer service
